The travelers to Omelas have started to realize the nature of the famed city, and that their plans to take in its prosperity are not so simple. What depths, what limits, will they have to go to to Walk Away from Omelas on top?

This one shot is heavily based on the Hugo Award winning short story The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas by Ursula K. Le Guin. It is advised if you're unfamiliar with the story to read it first. It is fairly brief. While we are sure it might be possible to find a copy of it online, it is also available in ebook and book form, with links from the official website for Le Guin, and from your local library. Our two protagonists are an obscenely wealthy JD and a quiet theater kid with something to hide. As they develop a tenuous friendship, they start to realize the two professors running this school have a cruel streak, and it's going to take their friendship and their skills to survive...
