Reign - Nagalisitu - Agents of ALIS - Char Gen

As we've mentioned here and there, we're embarking on a campaign of Caleb Stokes' Nagalisitu in Reign. Unlike the original campaign framework from the book or as heard in RPPR, we decided to mix it up, changing the setting to a Science Fiction / Fantasy setting rather than Medieval / Fantasy.
