Eclipse Phase 2 - CQD-5000 Part 1

Brownie has been developing an Eclipse Phase one shot (featuring art by Review Cultist!), and we were excited to playtest it for him!

A group of contractors are hired to gatecrash. Their client bought the assets of a defunct company that sent out a colony ship pre-Fall. It's nearing its destination, and the company wants to do a check of the vessel. As the workers make their way to the vessel, it seems like things aren't too bad, but it's a big ship and they'll need to see all of it...

Red Markets - Exit Stage Right Part 4

Once they get to the site, ESR sees just how chaotic the Port is. Will they be able to find what they need? And after it's over, will Sunshine be able to sell whatever they find?

Jason - GM

Adam - Clank - A hippy motorcycle mechanic who just has his dog Ratchet, Clank is very technically minded and good with land based vehicles.

Table Chatter -Interview with Duck and Ewen on To Change

Ben is joined once again by Duck (from Cuiticorum), and Ewen for the first time, to talk their new game To Change! To Change is a game of being faced with a physical transformation, and is setting agnostic so as to be able to shift from themes of body horror to themes of self discovery. The game also uses the major arcana from a tarot deck, and the campaign will include a deck of cards.

To Change starts today on Gamefound. Part of the discussion is on it being on Gamefound, as the original intent was for the interview and campaign to take place on Kickstarter before the NFT discussion came to light.

To Change can be found on Gamefound. Duck can be found on Twitter @Nrvnqsrestray, and his games on itch.io and Cuticorium at Indie Press Revolution. Ewen can be found on Twitter @OneSpaceDown.

Quietus - Moonshadow

Ben takes Greg and Ethan through Quietus, a Forged in the Dark game by Oli Jeffrey, that takes a small group through a melancholy horror which can be supernatural (like The Babadook) or unclear (The Strangers). As the game is designed for one shots, the beginning of the episode will feature the character and world generation before we begin play.

Quietus is available from publisher Sinister Beard Games, and through DriveThruRPG. Quietus was also part of the TTRPGs for Trans Rights in Texas bundle on itch.io, so you may already have it.

The system is a horror game, and this session will deal with themes of Alzheimer's, Familial Death, Familial Trauma, Degenerative & Mental Illnesses, Body Horror, and Possession. Listener discretion is advised.

Two cousins have been called in to help take stock and clean up Uncle Gerard "Jerry" Rhodes' mansion, following Jerry passing away after a five year long battle with an escalating, especially degenerative form of Alzheimer's. Jerry's mansion is filled to the brim with stuff, as he was an antiques dealer. While the pair catalog everything, it becomes clear that something else is in the house. Something evil, and something wanting Chuck and Virgil...

Ethan - Chuck McCall

Greg - Virgil Rhodes
